Its working principle is to Oxidize the organic waste gas into generate CO2 and H2O at the high heat over 760℃. Using the honeycomb ceramic regenerators can maximize the recovery and reuse of the heat energy, almost with a heat recovery rate over 95%.
Our standard size usually to be a columnar regenerator with the dimensions of 150mm*150mm*150mm or 150mm*150mm*300mm.
Usually, the more Pore density, the larger surface area for per unit volume, and then improving the transfer efficiency of the heat . It will be oxidized and decomposed into the carbon dioxide and water when the VOC in the waste gas be heated over 760℃. And thus will cause the honeycomb ceramic to be heated and then accumulate the heat.
And the heat accumulation can be used to preheat the incoming organic waste gas in order to save the fuel consumption.
